Heart-centered Life-leadership is
Everyday Leadership
What will it take for human beings to forge a peaceful co-existence?
What will it take for our relationships, be they intimate or professional, to thrive?
What will it take to build relationships where each person's heart can be honored?
What will it take to celebrate diversity and banish violence, be it emotional or physical?
It will take our growth toward a
vision of leadership
that respects the heart
and is skilled in building diversity bridges.
It will take a vision that recognizes that every encounter is a vital opportunity to bring transformative presence.
Such a vision of leadership does not limit the responsibility of leadership to a few select individuals. Rather, it places the reins of responsibility in the hands of everyone -- people of various backgrounds,
from all walks of life.

"As a result of my training in heart-centered life-leadership, I have listened to and believed in my heart and this led me to make a vocational change; I have an outlet for personal learning as well as for my singing; and I am a much better parent. I have found the process of INTENTIONAL NEGOTIATING very important and even NECESSARY. I have especially found it useful in my relationship with my teenage son. Using these tools has changed my way of parenting from "dictating" (which was not working and causing much stress) to "negotiating" (which usually leads to an end result that we are both pleased with)."

Heart-centered Life-leadership
prepares people to. . .
. . .Pursue their own creative callings with
authenticity, intentionality & passion
. . .Utilize the processes of authenticity & intentionality to
transform the tension of differences into a
celebration of a thriving creative diversity
(in their personal & professional relationships &
their relationship to the world)
O.K. . . . .So what this means to me is that when I acquire these kind of tools and skills, it's like I'm equipping myself to become a life-leader just by the way I'm able to live my everyday life and engage events coming my way.
It's about expressing my leadership through the ways I relate to my spouse, children, friends, co-workers, community & world. In every aspect of my life, I can use intentional heart-centered tools.
Gandhi's idea about leadership just keeps coming back to us:
"We must be the change we want to see happen in the world. . . We are the leaders we have been waiting for."
~ Gandhi
